The Tool Room Section is responsible for:
repair of the used moulds,
the making of new moulds for our own use and for our clients,
We offer services such as CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC counterboring, grinding, cutting tool sharpening and heat treatment.

Our design engineers design and supervise the fabrication of injection moulds and other elements, making use of the Solid Edge software.
We use proven high-quality components from recognised suppliers such as FCPK, Hasco and DME in the manufacture of the moulds and other elements. We co-operate with the suppliers in the delivery of standardised elements that result in production time reduction.

In manufacturing moulds and other elements to the customer’s order, we use control programs for the CNC milling machines, CNC lathes and CNC counterbore that are generated by the SprutCAM and NX CAM Express computer software.

We possess state-of-the-art CNC milling machines and lathes equipped with tool and workpiece measurement devices, a counterbore, a face grinder, the tool room grinders for sharpening cutting tools.

The cutting tools we use are top quality (Sandvik Coromant, Benz, Iscar, Pramet, Mitsubishi). Photochemical surface treatment, is entrusted to proven service providers only.
