We are happy to inform you
that we have purchased a new
injection moulding machine with a closing force of 800 metric tons, supplied by Ponar Żywiec. The purchase has been completed in the scope of the Greater Poland
Voivodeship Regional Operating Programme - action 1.2. The new machine is
distinguished by a modern control system from BERKER.
The unit is capable of producing plastic and
rubber elements sized 800 x 900 mm. The injection basis weight at PS. is ca. 3500
kg. The injection moulding machine
is equipped with forming cores on a moving plate and fixed plate. Additionally, it is provided with a vacuum system
for degassing thick-walled elements.
